Naturist Accommodation Network Membership

Would you like to provide accommodation to naturist visitors in your own home?

Becoming a member of the naturist accommodation network is easy and cost is minimal. However there are a number of things you need to consider beforehand. Here are just a few of them…..

  • Take an objective view of your home and grounds. How much appeal would they have for naturist visitors? Is there a demand in your area for naturist accommodation?

  • Visit a few neighbouring homestays or bed and breakfast establishments in the surrounding district. Contact other naturist homestays in the network.

  • Find out the possible advantages and disadvantages of running your own naturist homestay. Ask them what their charges are and the number of visitors you can expect.

  • What do you need to do to make your guests feel comfortable and secure in your home? Have you the time to socialise with them?

  • Contact your local RTO and see how you can involve yourself in local tourism. Also get yourself the Smart Business Guide and Guide to GST from the IRD.

  • Write a clear description of your homestay and include your facilities and features (approx 140 to 160 words). Add the  list of nearest services and local attractions; the name of your homestay and full contact details.

  • Contact us via our website at or at the address below. Send Kay your ideas together with a map of your location and two or more images of your home and facilities, together with two references from people known to Kay and/or Brian. Then choose the following options which suit you best. 

    Here is what we can provide for you:

  1. $75.00 initial joining fee will entitle your homestay to a complimentary page (C5) in Holidays NZnaturally featuring a description of your homestay, together with contact details, local attractions and facilities, and optional map in conjunction with one options 3, 4 or 5.

  2. $35.00 per annum is our annual administration fee which will entitle you to the above benefits. In addition you have the choice of choosing one of the following options:

  3. $35.00 per annum will give you a listing on our naturist accommodation network page and includes an additional change per annum if required.

  4. $50.00 per annum will give you a listing on our naturist accommodation network page together with a direct link to your own website if you have one ie www.livenatural.co.nz

  5. $75.00 per annum will give you a listing on our naturist accommodation network page plus your own web page designed in a similar fashion to Serendipity Park. Your website url could then be for example www.naturist.co.nz/livenatural with a maximum of three images. We would also provide you with a further link to your own webpage if you have one ie www.livenatural.co.nz.

  6. The above prices are GST exclusive and made be paid prior to work commencing on your listing by direct credit or with your credit card by using the membership option on our Secure Payment form

  7. An invoice will be sent on confirmation of entry for the guide and website, then annually on the anniversary date. All invoices are to be paid within seven days. Any alterations to the guide or the website may be made prior to May and after October. Please give reasonable notice.

  8. There will be occasions (just when I’m resting) to promote the network in naturist magazines here and overseas, and via the media. Being a member of the naturist accommodation network also affords you the same opportunities to promote yourselves.

  9. Holidays NZnaturally is regularly advertised in gonatural magazine and occasionally in overseas naturist publications such as The Australian Naturist, Naturist Life and Naturally magazines

  10. Additional advertising of your homestay in Holidays NZnaturally is available. Please contact Kay for further information and rates.

  11. Holidays NZnaturally is the only comprehensive publication providing up to date information of all naturist accommodation available in New Zealand.

  12. The Naturist Accommodation Network is not affiliated with the NZNF/INF. It is up to individual homestays to join if they wish. This would entitle your homestay to a listing in gonatural magazine, and on www.gonatural.co.nz. Any additional advertising is extra.   13. Individual membership of Wai-natur which is affiliated to the NZNF/INF is available. Information and application form are available on the website.

  14. Joining  the naturist accommodation network is more than just listing your homestay and sitting back waiting for results. It is an opportunity to liaise with several other naturist accommodation venues around New Zealand, sharing ideas, promotional material and of course adding to the variety of options our visitors can enjoy.
